Mizaic rebrand FAQs — what our customers need to know
As you’re now aware, it’s been a busy few months behind the scenes, as we prepared everything for the exciting rebrand of our company — Mizaic.
We’re excited for what the future holds as we further our ambitions to revolutionise the clinician : patient experience within the NHS.
In the short term, we know you may have some ‘housekeeping’ questions about the rebrand, so we’ve tried to pre-empt and answer as many as we can. If you have a query that we haven’t covered here, please email our Head of Operations, Louise Fitzsimons.
Have your email addresses changed?
We have updated all email addresses. They follow the same format as before, simply with mizaic.com at the end, i.e. louisef@mizaic.com. If you forget, don’t worry, we currently have redirections in place from our old mailboxes.
Once we have updated the email being used for our reporting services, your designated Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager will provide you with the email address to add as a Trusted email address. This will ensure that the reports do not end up in your junk.
What are the new email addresses for support?
The email address for 1st support escalations is: support@mizaic.com
The email address for the Professional Services team is: prof_services@mizaic.com
Can I have a copy of the new MediViewer logo?
Yes, please email our Head of Operations, Louise Fitzsimons.
Will training materials be updated?
Yes, all materials will be changed to reflect our new brand identity and will be shared with customers by 8th May.
Can we have a Mizaic-branded Microsoft Word template?
Yes, if you would like to use this for any of your own MediViewer material, a Word template can be provided by emailing our Head of Operations, Louise Fitzsimons.
Are there contractual changes?
The following points are only applicable if you contract with us directly:
Existing contractual agreements between your Trust and IMMJ Systems are not affected in any way by this name change, but we will ensure that any new contracts will be contracted under our new name.
All new quotes, invoices and CCNs will be issued under our new name.
Separate communications will be issued from our Finance Team to the Trust Finance Team, notifying them of the changes.
The following points are only applicable if your Trust contracts with us via a Prime Contractor:
Existing contractual agreements between your Trust and the Prime Contractor are not affected in any way by this name change.
Separate communications will be issued from our Finance Team to the Prime Contractor Finance Team, notifying them of the changes.
