MediViewer was seamlessly integrated with System C’s Careflow EPR at this Trust, starting in the rheumatology department before expanding hospital-wide. In alignment with the Trust’s cloud-first initiative, MediViewer was deployed in the Microsoft Azure datacentre and supported by comprehensive staff training for both clinicians and medical records staff to ensure widespread adoption. Following the initial implantation Mediviewer has supported the Trust in achieving service modernisaiton goals and enhancing the standard of patient care.

Seamlessly integrated with their EPR system, MediViewer enabled three acute Trusts within their Integrated Care System (ICS) to access these patient records, forming the UK’s largest connected EDMS and EPR project.
