He has a passion for fuelling person-centred collaboration to deliver results, not only within his own organisation, but among the wider supply chain, and has a proven track record for shaping strategic growth. He is acutely aware of the challenges faced by the healthcare sector, committed to helping bring positive change through digital transformation at the point of care.

One of Mizaic’s first employees, Lisa joined the team with 10 years’ in-depth knowledge of healthcare in the public sector — specifically, the introduction of significant change with minimal NHS disruption. She has an extensive background in leading turnaround initiatives and the end-to-end implementation of clinical systems, with particular emphasis on EPR and EDMS deployments. This unrivalled ‘lived experience’ means she is an outstanding enabler of digital transformation, is unswervingly committed to nurturing exceptional teams, and is one of Mizaic’s most-praised colleagues when we collate customer feedback. 

With a finance background spanning more than 30 years, Jennie is a highly experienced CFO with exceptional commercial acumen and a strong understanding of building resilient, effective and compliant technology businesses. Accustomed to high-growth environments, she is experienced in collaborating with and managing processes in HR, legal, IT and sales environments. Her commitment to insightful reporting, risk management, and the nurturing of high performance teams, means Mizaic remains in safe hands as we continue to grow.

With an esteemed career history — underpinned by a successful software background — Graham is an experienced company chairman and advisor, with a demonstrable ability to help technology businesses achieve their goals. His CEO, Vice President and Managing Director experience spans private investor backed businesses in the UK and overseas, as well as London Stock Exchange and NASDAQ listed corporates. Extremely familiar with the healthcare environment, he grew Wellbeing Software, an organisation dedicated to delivering better patient care through connected technology.

Andrew is a highly experienced software professional who joined Mizaic in 2021 as Head of Development.  The positive impact he has given the business, resulted in his promotion to CTO in 2022.  He brings a strong understanding of development architecture and experience of managing technical teams.  Andrew is responsible for technical strategy across product management, architecture, engineering and development.

Jamie Hall has almost 16 years’ experience working within the UK healthcare sector — specialising in digital transformation and focusing on technologies such as EDRMS, EMR, and EPR, alongside content management and digitisation services. He has been responsible for shaping highly complex programmes of work throughout his career — across multiple NHS Trusts and integrated care systems (ICS) — and is a go to expert in this field when building economic cases for EDMS implementations. He has recently been promoted to the leadership team and has been a leading contributor to helping grow the business into where it is today.
